So as we all know one of the hardest things to do when it comes to losing weight isn't going to the gym, it's eating the right foods. Ok so now that thats out the way lets get down to todays meal. On this weeks Fresh Food Friday we have.....*drumroll please* .... Sheet Pan Steak and Veggies AND Peanut Butter Energy bites!!! These are a couple of my favs. Since I started eating steak again in 2017 this has been on of my go to quick meals. It's super quick and yummy, full of Protein, vegetables and minimal carbs. For my veggies I usually do a mixture of broccoli, onions, zucchini and squash. Depending on how my week has been I may or may not add the potatoes. The seasonings from the recipe are fine for me to use since I'm trying to limit my salt intake. This is a quick 30 min one pan meal that the family will not be disappointed in, but whats dinner without a snack? How about a quick protein packed chocolate and peanut butter energy ball! This quick no bake 10 min snack is perfect for a person on the go. With only five simple ingredients you can create a delicious healthy snack in no time, These are one of my go to snack they hold up well for the long days, and they satisfy my chocolate craving that I have just about EVERY day lol.
