I'm almost 90 days away from the longest run of my life and I finally have a strategy in order to meet my personal goal time. I want to run 6.2 miles in under and hour! EKKKK That sounds crazy to someone that has never ran a distance race. In these next 90 days I have a daily outlined plan to follow and will be using the Nike Run app to help track my progress. This experience is also bringing me closer to people in the local Atlanta community as I will be partnering with some for weekly Meal Prep and training.
