Official Week 1*and a half* training update

So after a minor set back last week I have officially started training to the Atlanta Peachtree Road Race. This will be my first real race EVER. For the last week I have been tracking my running using the Nike Run App. It has been good so far the biggest thing I will have to figure out is how to breath. Who knew breathing would be so tough right? Also finding the right shoes. Yesterday I went running and my ankles started hurting at mile 2 I had to give up at 2.5 miles.  I'll be getting fitting fr some running shoes at Big Peach Running Company soon so that should help. As for my eating...it has been ok, but not where it should be. Today I'll be going shopping and I'll update everyone with the goodies I buy and how I plan on storing my meals.  Below are a couple picture to show some changes in a week and a half my body fat went up a little bit, but my BMI went down!!! I still have a long way to go to get my 10k down under one hour, but I'll be ready by July 4th  BELIEVE THAT!

 If you have any tips on breathing for distance running or even good shoes for distance running please please please share below!!! PS I also added the Amazon link to the body fat/bmi monitor I use it's AMAZING!!
