So yesterday was day one of Whole30 and I'm super excited!!! What is Whole30? You mean to tell me you never heard of it!!??? It's basically a paleo diet. You can eat meat, seafood, eggs veggies, fruit, natural fats, herbs, spices and seasonings. Now for what you can't eat NO SUGAR real nor artificial if it says sugar on the label PUT IT DOWN. NO ALCOHOL in any form, no grains, legumes, no dairy, MSG. Whewww sounds like I can't eat anything lol WRONG. This week I made a steak stir fry, grilled chicken salad, chicken, fries and broccoli, I even found a recipe for a chocolate pudding! I have been on Pinterest and using the Whole30 book to create meal plans and snack options to keep me on track. This is going to be and interesting 30 days because I am being forced to cook actual healthy items all the way down to the dressings for my salad. So far day one wasn't terrible I actually made it just fine hopefully the next 29 days are as smooth lol. I'll try and post throughout the journey some things that I have created for meals and snacks and give you updates on my attitude lol.
