This process was truly one for the books. I learned so much about myself from being able to cook healthier food on a regular to not REALLY needing that sugar and cream in my coffee. I lost 10 pounds on Whole30 and I have so much more energy and clearer skin!! This re-introduction of sugars, beans, bread and pasta back into my diet is going to be interesting and I will make sure to document how my body reacts when I eat them.
