Well well well we meet again! Now that Whole30 is done what else do we have up our sleeve???? WE ARE GOING TO RUN/WALK/CYCLE 75 MILES FOR THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER! Now I know for some that sounds like a lot, but it's really only 2.5 miles per day you can do it! I didn't want to do a food challenge this month because I knew with the holidays coming up EVERYBODY would fail lol. Don't worry though Whole30 will be back in January get ya mind right hahaha.
